This was a great price for something to play around with on a little girl's blonde hair. Barely showed on darker hair. The chalk piece is very small, so you only get so many streaks and so many uses before it's done. Wish it had a thicker chalk or at least an extra chalk. She loved the pink in her hair, but I have saved what little is left for a special occasion for her. Not enough for her to get a few play times out of it. Wish I could find some chalk refills for it so she could enjoy it more than a couple times.
My daughter absolutely loves this product. It is very small, and didn't come with a back-up color stick like I thought it did, but she had a ton of fun with it. She used it on her hair and on her barbies. The stick lasted a for a while because she only put a few streaks in at time. It washes out easily with shampoo, but didn't get on my furniture.
Simple little hair colour set that even a young girl could use, shows up lovely on hair and washes out fine too. 4 star rating simply because I am unsure as to whether you can actually buy refills for these, if not I am going to try fit in some normal hair crayons in.

Works surprisingly great and my girls love it
I bought this for my 7 year old. I was surprised that it even did what it says. I thought it wouldn't work all that great but she wanted it so I bought it. She used it SEVERAL times before needing to replace the cartridge.
